In addition, Herosdomain.com, Online Shop, or Provider used throughout this document should include Conaill Advisory and its affiliates and subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
By accessing and using the Online Shop, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the Online Shop for marketing and other purposes without the Provider’s consent.
By using this Online Shop or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
At the Provider’s sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt but are not obligated to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. But, again, the Provider’s sole discretion will determine what constitutes a material change. This Online Shop is controlled, operated, and administered by the Provider from its offices within the State of California, United States of America (“USA”). Access to the Online Shop from territories or countries where the Content or purchase of the products sold on the Online Shop is illegal is prohibited. The User may not use this Online Shop to violate USA export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Online Shop from locations outside of the USA, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Laws of the United States of America and the State of California and, to some extent, international Laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. Herosdomain.com provides products and services (“Services”) through an affiliate marketing arrangement with retailers, distributors, game publishers, and original product manufacturers (“Service Providers”). Therefore, our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Herosdomain.com.

Upon payment for Services, you may download and access a copy of the Services, as applicable, for personal use. The User must ensure, before purchase, that his device meets any minimum system requirements, including any requirement made available on the Programs product detail pages.
Some Services will require the input of a license key as made available to install or activate the Services. In addition, the User is responsible for any internet or other connection charges incurred in connection with a download, access, and use of the Online Shop and any Services, including any free trial versions.
Free trial and other limited versions of Services may be offered to preview Services before purchase. These versions may have limited features, may restrict permitted time of use, and may contain other limitations.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The use of any Services bought from this Online Shop is at the purchaser’s risk. The User indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury, or damages that may be sustained from using the Services sold on the Online Shop.

All purchases of Services are final. We do not accept returns or refunds of Services. Once you purchase Services and the Service Providers or we make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable) and confirming your ability to access Services, including retrieving the license key for the Services if applicable, and bear all risk of loss thereafter, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction.
In order to access or use some Developer Platforms or Add-On Keys, you may be required to create an account with the applicable Service Providers, such as the Publisher or other third party (i.e., game platform provider), and you may need to link that account to your herosdomain.com account. Any information you provide to the Service Providers or other third party will be subject to the Service Provider’s or third party’s privacy policy or similar terms and will not be subject to the herosdomain.com Privacy Notice.
Developer Platforms are hosted and maintained by the applicable Service Providers, such as the publisher or another third party. Therefore, we do not guarantee that any Developer Platform will be available or remain available to you, and we are not responsible for any downtime of a Developer Platform.
We may provide age and content ratings for Services that Service Providers or third parties provide to the Provider. Whilst we require Service Providers to provide accurate information regarding the content of their Services, we cannot ensure that Service ratings are accurate or that Services do not include offensive, indecent, or objectionable content. We accept no liability for any Program content you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
For disputes with any Service Providers, you release the Provider from any and all claims connected with such dispute.
Use of Information

Access to Video Games and Software
Within the Online Shop, you can browse, purchase, download, and/or access video games, software (business and consumer), plus related digital products, including content and Add-On Keys (“Programs”). “Add-On Keys” are digital products with additional or enhanced functionality, special weapons or characters, virtual currency, or subscription access to content or services intended to be accessed or used within some Programs.
Programs include client software used to access the Programs, documentation, ads, services, technology, any content, data, and other digital materials contained in or made available through the Programs (including after downloading or initially accessing it) or through any updates and other changes and versions of the Programs. Service Agreement and Access to the Online Shop
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Online Shop, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
The User’s rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice and refund of any fees if you fail to comply with its Terms. In addition, we may terminate the Terms or restrict, suspend or terminate your use of the Online Shop at our discretion without notice at any time, including if we determine that your use violates the Terms, is improper, or otherwise involves fraud or misuse of the Online Shop or harms our interests or those of another user of the Online Shop.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights. We may amend the Terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on herosdomain.com. Your continued use of the Online Shop after any amendment evidences your agreement to be bound by it.
To prevent fraud and abuse of our systems, the Provider will screen all customers with an anti-fraud detection algorithm. We reserve the right to request additional information from the User, such as a valid ID copy, to verify their identity and decline or refund any order we believe to be fraudulent. Using a VPN, Proxy, or any other means of concealing the user’s true location will lead to delays, likely ID check, and possible cancellation of the associated order(s).
Where we suspect account fraud, we reserve the right to ban accounts, blocking all access to previous orders, unused points, and credit. Examples of account fraud include but are not limited to:
- Creating multiple user accounts
- Payment fraud of any type
- Script/bot activity to automate, manipulate and falsify behavior
- Unauthorized account access
- Use of VPNs to mask the identity of the User
We strictly do not allow the use of temporary email domains on any customer accounts. While we understand and appreciate a legitimate use for temporary emails for a small number of users, we have found that most accounts with temporary email addresses are used to commit fraud and create multiple accounts. We, therefore, apply a blanket ban and reserve the right to suspend any accounts using a temporary email domain on their account.
